Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times

Orders typically arrive within 2 business days of ordering. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and public holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Insured Shipping

At checkout you can choose Insured Shipping for $4.99. If your insured order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Orders without Insured Shipping are not covered for loss in transit.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

If your order has not arrived

If nothing has arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@trysavelo.com and we will look into it.
